8. Reduce Caffeine Consumption
Hydration is an important part of healthy skin and caffeine (like alcohol) dries up. It is a diuretic, which means the body secretes more water than normal. Caffeine must also be treated in the liver and some weak toxins are a by-product.
It is therefore good that more water is collected to help flush out your body, but you need to compensate with regular water to keep you hydrated. After this first cup or two coffee, go to hot water with lemon if you still need a hot drink.
so Caffeine is extremely drying on skin. Limit coffee to once a day to keep your skin hydrated, and make sure you are drinking at least 2 cups of water for each cup of coffee. Excess caffeine will dry out your skin and create breakage and eventually lead to wrinkles.
