3. Wash Your Makeup Brushes Frequently
This is probably not new to makeup users: The oils in our skin are transferred to makeup brushes and attract all kinds of dirt and bacteria. If you use a dirty brush, you avoid rashes. It is, therefore, best to wash all your tools approx. once a week.
But it’s more than pumps: The same dirty brushes can make you sick. They can be contaminated with completely dangerous bacteria. For example, Staph infection is potentially fatal. If the skin in your face is already broken, chapped or colored, it is easier for bacteria to catch and make you sick.
